While the city of Melbourne is known for its wealth of first class dining opportunities, regional Victoria has plenty of restaurants to rival the greats of the city dining scene. A growing trend is seeing fitness-fiends trade their runners for hiking boots and head out into the wilderness to experience nature at its finest. With a network of more than 2,000 trails totalling a length of 8,000 kilometres there are plenty of hiking tracks to follow.
